My Story:
Growing up in a predominantly white neighborhood, racial profiling was always an issue even from an early age. I was constantly pulled over just for being black.
I remember being pulled over and the cop said: “you didn’t do anything wrong. The reason I pulled you over is because I thought the car was stolen."
The car wasn't stolen, of course, but don't let that stop you from profiling me.
