YPCommunities Photo & Video Disclaimer

YPCommunities (YPC) and all of its affiliates reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored or hosted by YPC, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. YPC may use the photograph/video - in edited or raw format - in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by YPC including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.  
 
A person attending a YPC event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organizers, and contact YPC at 500 Mercer Street, Seattle, WA 98109, in writing, or by email at events@ypcommunities.com, of his/her intentions and include a photograph to help us identify you. YPC will use the photo solely for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.
 
By participating in a YPC event, attendees waive right to any royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo. Further, by participating in a YPC event and failing to notify YPC, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by YPC, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify YPC from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness. 
 
Any person or organization not affiliated with YPC may not use, copy, alter or modify YPC photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from YPC.
