About the Event
Join us Saturday, August 15 for a community yoga class at Big Day of Play. This beginner-friendly class, led by experienced instructors, invites you to stretch, move, and unwind in a supportive environment surrounded by your community.
We will be hosting yoga sessions at 1:00pm and 4:00pm in the field (zone 4).
**Yoga mats are available for use at the event.

Big Day of Play is a celebration of Seattle's diversity and it encourages neighbors, communities and families to have fun, build relationships and be active together. It's the day to play your way!
This year Big Day of Play will happen in person at Rainier Playfields by the Rainier Community Center and online through YouTube, Facebook and this website. Choose how you’d like to participate and check back for schedules and the event map as we get closer to the event.
