About the Event

Join us for the first exhibition at our new Museum Store Community Gallery. The exhibition Matriarch: Portraits of Indigenous Women in the Pacific Northwest Fighting for our Collective Future by Roxann Murray will be on view from February 24 through May 20, 2024. This exhibition is free and open to all during museum hours; no admission is required to view the community gallery.

The opening reception will occur on Saturday, March 2, 2024, at 2:00 PM, commemorating Women’s History Month. The closing reception will be held during Third Thursday, on May 16, 2024, at 6:00 PM. Masks are recommended for guests attending receptions to protect immunocompromised Elders and partners.
