We'll dive into each of their personal stories and hear how mentorship and representation has played a pivotal role in their journeys. Together, we will uncover how Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) positively shapes our workplaces and communities, as we explore the efforts the state of Washington is taking to advance equity, promote equitable access to opportunities, and reduce disparities statewide.
