About the Event
Join us Saturday, September 19th for a free community yoga class designed to make wellness and movement accessible to everyone.
Take a break from the daily grind — and a deep breath while you’re at it.
This beginner-friendly class, led by experienced instructors, invites you to stretch, move, and unwind in a supportive environment surrounded by your community.
Every participant will receive:
a free yoga mat and;
a reusable water bottle — yours to keep!
