Our most popular and longest-standing programming vertical centers around casual networking in environments encouraging organic person-to-person "collisions" that may spark positive personal, professional and community impact.
We host at least two networking events per month per city to give everyone the opportunity to connect, build their networks, and meet other engaging and interesting professionals.
Our networking events are more than just a chance to exchange business cards. We create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere where attendees can engage in meaningful conversations, share ideas, and make new friends. Our events attract professionals from a wide range of industries, so you're sure to meet people you wouldn't normally come across in your day-to-day work.
Example of our Social Events:
Social Events Include:
“Last Tuesday” monthly happy hours networking events;
“Game-Day” sports events that may start with a bar crawl leading to the game venue,
Parties such as the Seattle “Anniversary Party” or “Dapper as _ _ _ _”, our end of Summer fundraising party, etc.
Projected # of 2024 Seattle Area Events: 26
At our core, we are connectors...
We connect people to each other and to organizations, and we connect learners to professional development, doers to volunteer opportunities, job seekers to those hiring, and donors to fundraising activities.
We do this through four primary programming pillars:
The Pathways Project Fund
We launched The Pathways Project Fund as a means to expand our impact beyond our natural programming.
This fund enables us to provide scholarships, for the community members most in-need - to accredited career focused certifications and educational programs, and access to qualified social, educational and career development events. Further, the fund empowers us to support the event programming of other small, mission aligned community impact organizations.
You'll be able to see highlights of your impact through the Community Impact newsletter that we're launching for our Corporate Members in Q4 of 2023.
Our flagship programming that revolves around networking and community-building; events that allow people to connect while having fun
Our Impact programming acts as a resource that allow people to connect with nonprofits and raise awareness around social and civic responsibility.
ProDev (short for professional development) events are intended to educate or allow people to connect to mentors and career or professional resources.
HEALTH & WELLNESS
Our newest programming fosters well-being by providing tailored, inclusive outdoor activities in underserved areas, reducing health disparities and promoting healthy living.
